Caffeine, when used in moderation, acts as a mild stimulant to the nervous system and is harmless but potentially addictive to most persons. Caffeine increases the heart rate and rhythm, affects the central nervous system, and increases urination. It also stimulates secretion of stomach acids and is therefore harmful to individuals with ulcers.

Caffeine helps restore mental alertness or wakefulness when experiencing fatigue or drowsiness. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.

Each serving of 1 tablet contains: Caffeine 200mg

Recommended Use: Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Oral dosage is 1 tablet (200 mg) not more than every 3 to 4 hours.

Warnings: Limit the use of caffeine containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally rapid heartbeat.
