United States 

All in-stock supplement orders are generally shipped within 24 hours Monday -Friday, from our Pennsylvania and New York Distribution centers.

Shipping cost is $ 6.25 standard service (orders usually received within 5-7 working days) and $6.75 Priority mail (orders usually received 2-3 working days). UPS Starts at $8.50,but pricing depends on weight & location. Note: Excessive weighted items will increase shipping costs. When orders exceed one pound or include: Protein powders, Creatine or multiple heavy items you will be charged accordingly.

Note: This is your notification that additional shipping costs may apply and you will be notified by email if additional shipping is needed for your approval. Our goal is to keep shipping costs at a minimum.
UPS charges $10.00 for address correction. If you enter your address incorrectly you will accrue this $10.00 charge.

Returned orders will be charged shipping. After all the order did ship.


Canada

Shipping costs vary depending on weight. You will be charged accordingly.

General Terms
GetSlimbuterol.coms goal is to provide the best customer service possible. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to GetSlimbuterol.com within 24 hours. All packages will be shipped the following business day. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering your purchase from GetSlimbuterol.com acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

GetSlimbuterol.coms Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

· All order changes or cancellations should be reported prior to
shipping by phone at 1-215-620-7776 or E-mail: orders@getslimbuterol.com
Printed Email notice must accompany returning product.

· Only unopened items may be returned for a complete refund.

· All returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

· All refunds after one week from the time item is received will be
of the original value or the current market price, whichever is less.

· There will be no refund for shipping under any circumstances.

· All products, unless otherwise stated, are covered by their
respective manufacturers warranties. Within thirty (30) days, we
will replace, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed
defective. After 30 days, the manufacturers warranty process
must be followed.

· All returns require prior authorization and must be returned in the
original packing with a copy of original purchase invoice. To
request a Return Merchandise Authorization, email orders@getslimbuterol.com
, obtain an RMA number, and clearly write the number on
both the invoice copy enclosed with the returned merchandise and
on the packing form outside. Please keep the RMA number and
reference it when calling to check on the status of your return. All
calls requesting RMA should be in the time designed for them
(10:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, excluding the
national and religious holidays). Incomplete or unauthorized
returns will be refused and will be returned to you at your
expense.

What This Return Policy Does Not Cover
This return policy does not cover: conditions resulting from consumer mishandling such as misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration.

Back-order Policy
If you order an out-of-stock item from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will be among the first to receive the item. GetSlimbuterol.com will charge your credit card for back-ordered items when you place your order. No additional shipping and handling charges will be added when your order ships. Products on back-order will be shipped using the shipping method you chose. If you would like to change your shipping method, please send email to orders@getslimbuterol.com and we will change it for you.
